You must be registered to be granted entry to this conference. All participants in the live showcase must submit music (already edited to 5 minutes), short bio (5-6 sentences) and group photo upon completion of registration. No exceptions.


By registering for the A Gift To Dance Conference, you agree to the following terms:


MEDICAL:


With registration, the attendee agrees and acknowledges they are participating in the conference on their own free will. You, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing A Gift To Dance of any harm.


PAYMENT DETAILS


All payments are to be completed online through the attendee registration account by Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Did you select a payment plan? To pay off your balance, you may reference your confirmation email upon initial registration. If you have not done so already, we suggest all registrants create an online account to manage payment methods, track, and modify all registration details.


All accounts and balances must be clear to attend the A Gift To Dance Conference 2020. Attendees who have not manually made payments to their account will be automatically charged by August 1, 2020.


PURCHASE CURRENCY


Payments are made in USD (United States Dollar).


CANCELLATION POLICY


Any and every A Gift To Dance event are non-refundable upon purchase and can not be transferred in any way. There are no exchanges and registration can not be resold to any other party or your registration will be forfeited.
